The programme
Burnout to Balance is a lovingly designed 6-week transformational group coaching journey for women who are ready to finally end the overwhelm, confront burnout and create lasting change.
Together, we’ll explore what’s really driving your exhaustion, how we can notice the signs of burnout in the future, and break that cycle. Through this, you will also reconnect with yourself, your values, your boundaries, and help you rediscover a way of living that feels energising, purposeful, enjoyable and in doing so, find balance. This is a safe space for reflection, growth and renewal, guided by an experienced ICF coach, yoga specialist and mum of three.

My experience with burnout
I know what it feels like to constantly feel on the edge of depletion. I can recall my brain always feeling too foggy and full to be able to take on anymore. A loud dinner time with the children would leave me irritable and needing to find silence, a forgotten deadline would send me into a spiral and a messy house would completely overwhelm me. I’d end up exhausted, low in mood, and finding it hard to see a way out. I knew when I became a single mother to three young children, I would need to address this urgently, because I couldn’t afford to burn out any longer.
After some serious self-reflection, a plan, and the confidence to take action, I can now recognise the signs, put protective measures in place, and enjoy the space and joy that comes from a much more balanced way of living. And what I realise now is, nothing much on the outside had to change – it had to come from me.
