​I grew up around self-employment and family-run businesses and so I haven't ever know any different. As an ex-performer, I always had to market myself and use my own skills to create an income and this has lead me to build businesses that I truly love, and that focus on my strengths. I opened my first wellness business 12 years ago, but when I started my family I realised how much of my time was limited and I wanted to be around my children more. I explored the digital world, feeling confident that there would be a way to monetise the skills I had (even with little technical knowledge) and in 2019 I launched a pregnancy yoga membership, teaching what I already knew, but putting it online. Within one year it had made over six figures. I sold my wellness business and have worked in this space ever since.

I haven't been to business school, but I have run successful businesses without a mentor, guidance or investment. I have optimised my community (both in persona and online), learnt how to use social media, build email lists, and taught myself how to create digital products and funnels. In 2025 I took the plunge and trained under the ICF as a personal and business coach, and now I offer services to women like you as a mentor for powerful women, who need a little help.

I am not here to help you make huge money (unless that's your end goal - I am here for it all), I am here to help women use their skills to grow a business. I want to build your confidence up so that social media doesn't feel so daunting. I want to teach you how to make your content a little more professional, and make your messaging crystal clear. I want to inspire you to monetise what you are already doing, and are already good at. Together we can explore additional revenue streams, a social media strategy, reaching more clients and raising your game. And importantly, once we've finished working together, you will have the knowledge and the tools to keep going and keep growing without me.
