I know how it feels to live in a constant state of stress and overwhelm, and how living in survival mode not only impacts our health and wellbeing, but how we show up as a mums.
Step out of survival mode and into a calmer, more grounded way of being through my carefully designed 6-week journey. I will help you regulate your nervous system using yoga, therapeutic breathwork, reflective journaling, and practices that support your body, mind, and motherhood. Not only this, but you'll also be part of a private Whatsapp group to support you weekly, with additional journaling prompts sent to you each week.
