Coaching provides a dedicated space for you to land, de-tangle your head space and, with the support of a professional, find clarity and direction again. Having a coach is to have someone walk beside you, and actively listen to what you're saying, working with you collaboratively to get you to where you want to be. Coaching is transformational; it lifts the lid on all the thoughts you've been carrying, and helps re-order them again, and find a smoother path forward.
I work with women who are carrying home life, work life, and everything in between. Many of the women who book me as their coach are reaching burnout and need to address it, or are going through a change or transition either in their marriage, relationships, careers, or simply post-early motherhood. The other themes I work with a lot are a loss of purpose and motivation, feeling stuck or lost, or generally unfulfilled. I believe strongly that you are allowed to want more; more happiness, more excitement, more achievement, more than being just 'mum', and coaching helps you get there.
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past, coaching is about moving forward. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, tap into your strengths, and create a roadmap for the life you actually want - a life where you feel grounded, resilient, stable, and in control, even when the storms of womanhood hit.
