About Lucy
I have supported thousands of women with their births, with my courses and in person, attending births as a doula. I know the most effective ways women can prepare their minds and their bodies for a confident birth, giving them the best chance at having an amazing experience, however it unfolds.
Yoga gives women a deep connection to their birthing bodies, while increasing mobility, which is so important for birth, and teaching methods to relax the mind and body; an essential part of preparing for a positive experience.
I believe yoga and breathwork can completely alter your pregnancy and birth, as it did for me, and so I have put all of my knowledge into one course, for women all over the world to access from the comfort of their homes.
