COVID 19 / Pregnancy Virtual Support
With social distancing and self-isolation now in full force, getting the vital advice and support you need in your first days and weeks with your new baby may feel out of your reach. I am delighted to be able to share with you the details of some wonderful birth workers, breastfeeding counsellors and more, who have been able to switch their services to the online world, and who desperately want to help you have the best start possible.
Here is a little library of supportive women who you can call on for advice, whether that be with hypnobirthing or breastfeeding. Every single woman needs help in the early days, so do please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I will add to this list as the demand for virtual services grows. Sending love and strength to you all
Lucy xx
