12 week coaching journey for women

You wake up tired, you get overstimulated quickly and you can feel yourself constantly on the edge of burnout… but you keep pushing through, because there’s simply no time to stop, and so the cycle continues. From the outside, it looks like you’ve got it together, but inside you’re doing everything for everyone, running on empty, and it never seems to get better.

The programme

Burnout to Balance is a lovingly designed 12-week transformational group coaching journey for women who are ready to finally confront the burnout, end the overwhelm, and create lasting change. Together, we’ll explore what’s really driving your exhaustion, how we can notice the signs of overwhelm and burnout in the future, and break that cycle.

 

Through this, you will reconnect with yourself, your core values, your boundaries, and help you rediscover a way of living that feels energising, purposeful, enjoyable, and in turn, find balance. This is a safe space for reflection, growth and renewal, guided by an experienced ICF coach, yoga specialist and mum of three.

Burnout to Balance commences on Tuesday 13th January with our first live coaching session. After each of our live sessions, there is a dedicated week of integrating the learning and self discovery into every day life. The magic of coaching happens in the spaces between the sessions and this is where clients really start to notice a desire to shift their behaviours based on what they have learned in the group.

Our last live coaching session takes place on Tuesday 24th March, and the programme officially ends the following week. I have tried to work the live elements of this programme around the school holidays where I can, but the rest can be done in your own time, wherever you are.

What is included?

6 x 90-Minute Live Group Coaching Sessions every other week

We’ll meet every other week in an intimate group of women who understand exactly how you feel. Each session offers a blend of professional coaching, guided exercises and practical tools to confront the burnout and find the balance. My style of coaching is warm, energising, intuitive and brave. I will often ask if I can challenge you to dig deeper, and create a safe and nurturing space for you to unravel and find clarity. We’ll be covering a different topic each week, all designed to lift the lid on what’s been keeping you in this cycle, and find clarity, focus and direction.
 

The Burnout to Balance Journal

So much of the coaching magic happens in the space between the live sessions. Raising your awareness is just the beginning, and then the changes start to take place in day-to-day life. After each coaching session, you’ll be invited to pause and further explore that week’s theme in your Burnout to Balance journal. This isn’t ‘homework’ or another thing to add to your to-do list. It is an optional space for you to offload what you’re noticing and learning each week, in order to make changes. You’ll find journal prompts, open questions, and simple practices to integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life

Private Whatsapp support group

You’ll also be invited to be part of a small, supportive WhatsApp group. This is a safe space to share your reflections, celebrate your wins, and feel held between our sessions. Connection and community are at the heart of this programme, giving you a place to feel heard, seen and understood.

FAQs

Why 12 weeks?

​I have purposely designed this programme to be 12 weeks long to allow time between each session for space to reflect and implement the tools we discover. When I chose to create something that addressed burnout and overwhelm, I wanted to ensure it didn’t feel crowded that this was ‘another thing’ to cram in. Meeting every other week gives you all some time to process, and for real life to happen.

What if I can’t make a session?

I will be recording all of our sessions so that you can catch up on any missed sessions, but also, so that you can look back at a later date and recap any of the content from the programme. This will be especially helpful if you feel the burnout creeping back in.

What do I need to prepare?

You simply need a journal / notebook, and the time blocked out in your diary. Ideally, this is a place you can come to that gives you permission to stop and focus on yourself.

Is there a quicker way to do this? 12 weeks feels like a long time to see achange

Don’t be discouraged by the timeframe of this programme – the change will start in session one when we will dive in and start to understand your burnout, and, as a group, identify what needs to change. This alone will start the process of your own awareness and help you to begin noticing what is going on for you in your day-to-day life . The shift will begin quickly, but to sustain those changes, we need to go at a pace that feels spacious, rather than cramming in the work and adding to the current overwhelm. This programme will begin supporting you from the get-go.

Will there be extra support during the programme?

​Absolutely. As your coach, I am there with you through every week, not just when we meet. At the start of the programme you will be sent your very own Balance to Burnout journal, and each week you will be invited to continue building on that week’s theme, with journal prompts and questions that inspire curiosity. This work will be optional, as some weeks it may feel harder to fit in, but if you can carve out the space, it allows you to maximise this programme. As well as this, there will be a Whatsapp group with myself and the other members of the programme to keep us all connected and on track.

How much is the programme?

This programme costs £390.00 for the 12 weeks. One-to-one coaching with me costs £190.00 per hour, meaning this course provides coaching at £65 per 90minute session, as well as the transformational work inbetween. If you’d like to discuss a payment plan instead, I am very happy to facilitate this. Simply get in touch and can find a plan that suits you. Please note, £390.00 is an early bird booking price. The price will increase to £425.00 after Sunday 14th December.

My experience with burnout

I know what it feels like to constantly feel on the edge of depletion, often saying out loud ‘it’s all just too much!’ I can recall my brain feeling too foggy and full to be able to take on anymore. A loud dinner time with the children would leave me irritable and needing to find silence, a forgotten deadline would send me into a spiral and a messy house would completely overwhelm me. I found it hard to think, let alone thrive. I’d end up exhausted, low in mood, and finding it hard to see a way out. I know what it’s like to live in a freeze state, and now I have found my way out of it, I want to hold women, just like you, through this time, and help you finally make some changes.

After some serious self-reflection, a plan, and the confidence to take action, I can now recognise the signs, put protective measures in place, and enjoy the space and joy that comes from a much more balanced way of living. And what I realise now is, nothing much on the outside had to change, but my mindset did.
