Once you get into the third trimester of your pregnancy you may start to feel like you’re running out of room in your tummy! This can feel pretty uncomfortable, especially when you sit down to drive, work, eat dinner, watch TV, as your body shape will naturally make you feel more restricted here. One of my online yoga classes is designed specifically for late pregnancy, full of postures and movements to make space in your tummy and offer relief. By making space here you can take some time to really breathe deeply opening your chest and ever so slightly lengthening the torso. There are so many gorgeous Yoga poses that can help with this.
