Yoga for busy mums

Self practice looks a little like this these days! I’m really enjoying sharing the fun of Yoga with my two little Yogis. We often play around with postures at bed time, and they are already learning about their bodies, how it feels to try something new, to balance on one leg or to see things upside-down. Over the years I hope to share with the huge benefits of listening to their breathe, being mindful of how they feel, addressing the mental chaos of emotions and hormones, and enjoying the good they can see in each day 💛Yoga has a whole heap of amazing benefits and I love sharing them with these two so, so much 🥰
